The house is situated on top of the dune with parking at the top by the Unit. Unit also has stairs at the back door to enter into the house.
There is a main walkway that leads down to the beach gate.

Bathrooms:
Four Bathrooms bathrooms. Three Bathrooms with a shower, toilet and basin. One single split shared bathroom with just a Toilet and a basin. and one more shared bathroom with Bath Toilet and basin. The house makes use of a septic tank system. Do not flush foreign objects. Do not use ammonia containing detergents (e.g. Handy Andy).“Pro Bac” cleaning chemicals are septic tank friendly and will be supplied.
