Mar E Sol House #09 is situated high at the top of the Dune in the Complex and parking is at the top of the complex and makes it easier to access house #09. There is a main walkway that leads down to the beach gate. Unit also has stairs to access the unit.

Kitchen:
Kitchen is fully equipped with  Cutlery and crockery for 10 people in House #09. There is a table in the kitchen and clients can make use of the outside tables to prepare or to have breakfast at.

The Deck.
An awesome view overlooking Ponta do Ouro Bay up to Mamoli. There is a Gas braai for clients to use, and the gas is supplied. Gas refills are available at reception.

Lounge:

4 Seat couches in lounge area and 6 seat outside with cushions.

Bedrooms
Four air-conditioned bedrooms and  sleep 10 people. Two main rooms have each a queen sized bed. One back room has a Queen size bed and the fourth back room has 2 set of bunked beds and all linen is supplied. Furthermore clients must please provide their own beach and bath towels.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms with a shower, toilet and basin in each bathroom and one separate guest Toilet and basin. The house makes use of a septic tank system. Do not flush foreign objects. Do not use ammonia containing detergents (e.g. Handy Andy).“Pro Bac” cleaning chemicals are septic tank friendly and materials are supplied.

Directions

From the Kosi-Bay border post, take any of the dirt roads to Ponta. Rule of thumb is to keep right. The easiest route however is to drive north until you get to the airfield and then turn right to Ponta.

In town drive straight past the market until you reach the campsite, and pass it on your left. Mar-e-Sol is 500m down the road.
