The house is situated to the middle of the Dune and parking for the house is by the reception area. However this house is built high up from the ground with a lot of stairs to access the house.

Kitchen:
Kitchen nook to prepare or eat Breakfast at with seating for 8 people, Stove and Oven, Double door fridge, Kettle Toaster and all general Cutlery and Crockery for 10 people.
The Deck.
Lovely sea view of the Ponta Do Ouro Bay. There is also a gas braai for guests to use. Gas refills are available at reception. Table and chairs on the deck for 8 people. There is also a little deck by the front door with a table and chairs suitable for 8 people.
Lounge:
Lounge has a TV. Seating for 8 people.
Bedrooms
Four air-conditioned bedrooms can sleep 8 people. Two rooms with each a double bed. Two bedrooms with each two single beds. All linen is supplied.
Bathrooms:
Four en suite Bathrooms in the unit. Each bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet, The house makes use of a septic tank system. Do not flush foreign objects. Do not use ammonia containing detergents (e.g. Handy Andy).“Pro Bac” cleaning chemicals are septic tank friendly and will be supplied.
