Kitchen:
Kitchen nook to prepare or eat Breakfast at with seating for 10 people, Stove and Oven, Double door fridge, Kettle Toaster and all general Cutlery and Crockery for 15 people.

No sea view from the deck of the unit.  There is also a gas braai for guests to use. Gas refills are available at reception. Table and chairs on the deck for 10 people. There is also a little deck by the front door with a table and chairs suitable for 10 people.

Lounge:
There are 2 TV’s, one in the big lounge and one in the small bedroom.  Both have separate DST-V’s AND this is included in the daily rate.

the Beds are as follows:
Upstairs
Room 1 –  has 2 x ¾ beds pushed together
2 – has one double bed
Room 3 – has one double bed
4 – has one double bed

Downstairs
Room 1 – has 2 x bunk beds (sleeps 4)
2 – has a double bed with a single bunk above it (ie sleeps 3)

Bathrooms:
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which are en-suite and the other 2 share a bathroom.  The remaining 2 rooms downstairs are both en suite.The house makes use of a septic tank system. Do not flush foreign objects. Do not use ammonia containing detergents (e.g. Handy Andy).“Pro Bac” cleaning chemicals are septic tank friendly and will be supplied.
